Also my account on the versa is there but my fitbit one is not there. 

My name has been changed  and the Date I started is incorrect I think.  This is the second time in two months it has happened even with the much more complicated password I used.  I think you lost security control of our information. 

Simultaneously my versa time screen is flashing on and off.  Battery indicator has disappeared and the lower right icon disappeared.
