My new Versa 2 received today will not connect to my IPhone through Bluetooth.

I have tried everything I can think of but the IPhone cannot find new the Versa 2 Special Edition. I have deleted my existing Versa from the app and turned off the Bluetooth on my IPad so that it is only live on the IPhone but I can’t get a connection. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app and turning the IPhone on and off, but nothing makes any difference. Can you help me please? This is wasting a lot of time.

Which iphone model do you have?  Is it on the Approved Devices list?

Reread my question.  I asked for the iphone model, not the tracker model.
