My new Versa 2 won't update and I cannot get Smart Wake

I believe that the Versa 2 has smart wake but after resetting my phone and watch multiple times, and having it on all day sync I have not received the latest update. My device is on version 35.68.9.15

 

I can't seem to force an update and no one seems to be asking or answering how to get the update which includes smart wake.

 

This is the only reason I got the Versa 2 series but its not on my device. Please can someone help?

I'm wondering if you're still missing the latest update? If so, please restart your Versa 2 as follows: How do I restart my Fitbit device?. Then, please log out of the Fitbit app and log back in to see if you now receive the firmware update

 

If still no update showing, I wonder if the mobile device you're syncing with is included in our list of supported devices? You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
