My new Versa Lite won't charge

I just got a replacement Versa Lite pebble and charger sent to me, but the charger won't work unless I hold the bottom of the pebble in. Once I let go, it stops charging. I put my pebble on my husband's charger, and it works. Please help!

Hi @Jmo0586  - it is probably the wrong charger. The Versa 2 charger looks the same as the Versa Lite one but it is different.
