Wondering if I should return this new versa lite . I haven't been able to get even a watch face . Still saying download app. I did have a blue line of downloading at one point but then goes back to zero. I had a fit bit in the past so I added new device . Still after 4 days no go !! Help
I would return it for exchange since it is apparently new but you could try a Factory Reset if you can by swiping left to Settings, About, Factory Reset.
