My new versa is recording active minutes while asleep and sleep while I’m awake and active

I got a versa for Christmas after using a HR and I had an issue last night. It recorded 203 active minutes and well over 2000 calories! Then this afternoon it has recorded me sleeping for 5 hours and 38 minutes even though I’ve been doing things all afternoon...it tracked my steps?? I reset it this morning but it doesn’t appear to have helped

Restart it several times and see if that helps . If it doesnt, do a factory reset (Settings app on the Versa and scroll down to About) and then set it up again. If it is still doing strange things it needs to be returned to the atore it was bought or contact Support (link in my signature )

I’ve restarted it three times and it seems to be behaving itself so far, if it does it again I’ll do a factory reset...thank you
