I was given versa as a gift. Factory reset and it went off. I have tried all as per forum but won't turn on

It maybe because your battery ran to empty? Hold down all buttons until you see the fitbit logo (took 15 secs for me to see it). If nothing happens, charge it for 30 minutes and try again. Hope you get it working!
