My personal experience with Versa - Feedback

Just a warning to all those who have a fitbit. Fitbits are not designed to last! I have owned 3 Fitbits and they all seem to go out after the warranty is up or within 1 year. I first got a fitbit charge and it simply stopped working after 1 month and fitbit sent me a new one. Then it stopped working after about 6 months. Another one never connected properly. Now I have a Fitbit Versa and I actually really like it, but it too stopped working after 1 month and yes fitbit did send me a new one.

I have had the new one for 1 year (a trend) and it simply stopped working with blutooth. I tried all of the steps and even factory reset it, but still it would not work. It is a shame for fitbit to sell such shoddy products and I am finally done with their products.

If it is within 1 year, you are still under warranty.

I met hundreds of people that still have up to 6 year old trackers still going strong.
