My phone is not getting any notifications

My phone is REDMI NOTE 4 for which beginning I use to get notifications but now I am not getting .. As per your customer service person my phone is not compatible . So do make my REDMI note 4 compatible ..

I'm confused, is it a post or statement? I'm also using Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 (Global version), notifications are working fine however I've an annoying message every time I open Fitbit app on my phone (see this post)

@Shrinath since the notifications did work, let's assume that they should still do.

Your title says that the phone dies not display notifications. I you can't see notifications on the phone while the phones screen is locked, you won't get them on the band. .

The first I would do is to restart Both the phone and the tracker..

@badzio while I haven't seen this message, I know that notification services need to be on for connected GPS to work.

My thought would be to go into your phones settings Apps or permission, revoke fitbits permission to notification.

Now go into the Fitbit app, and turn on notifications, the phone should ask for permission, which you will want to grant.

I don't know if this will fix it, but I think it should be the first thing to try .
