Since last week, my Versa 2 will not sync up with my phone. I chatted with support and they said my app was out of date. I've tried removing the app from my phone then reinstalling it, but the same problem still exists. I've tried turning off my Bluetooth on my phone then putting it back on, and it does recognize that my Versa 2 is there, but it won't pair with it. What do I need to do?
