My phone won't Bluetooth to my fitbit!

I've been trying to do it for a while! I go into settings in my phone press bluetooth and select versa and it does nothing! 

It's really annoying! Hopefully I can get sone answers! Thanks

There's no need to mess with bluetooth settings.

Are you trying to do initial setup of a device?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
