My resting HR has been pretty consistent the last 2 months in the low 50's (51-53), but starting 5 days ago it jumped and has been low 60's (60-62), seems odd. I also notice my HR (peak and avg) during exercise periods is also 10-20% higher the last 5 days then it's been the last 2 months. I used to think it ran a bit lower then actual now it seems a bit higher then actual...wondering if Fitbit made some type of change to how the optical reader is interpreted recently?

Hey @jmess, it is great to see you around more often! If you are looking increment on your resting heart rate and your peak zone while you are exercising, I'd like you to take a look of the following information that might affect the heart rate accuracy tracked by your Versa:
- Your heart rate may be affected by any a number of factors at any given moment. Movement, temperature, humidity, stress level, physical body position, caffeine intake, and medication use are just a few things that can affect your heart rate. Different medical conditions and medications can impact your heart rate. Consult your doctor before starting an exercise routine.
- The way you wear it on daily basis and when you are exercising. There are specific instructions depending on that. Take a look at the wearing tips in this help article.
- If anything of what I posted above apply in your case, try to change the heart rate setting on your Fitbit Versa by doing this:
- Open the Settings app
and then tap Heart Rate to adjust this setting. Note that default setting of On is appropriate for most people; the heart-rate tracker is active when you are wearing it and is inactive when you remove it.
- Try to restart your Versa
Give it a try and let me know how it goes!
