My resting heart rate is too high on my Versa

Hi I upgraded to a Versa from an Alta hr but I find my BPM is very high since doing so, it’s showing as 70/80 resting even tho with my Alta hr it was 55 resting! Any help?

Try restarting your Versa several times and see if that fixes it. Let us know how you go

I've noticed the resting heart rate reported by my Versa is lower when I sleep over 6 hours continuously per night without moving for anything beyond quick trips to the bathroom, and faster when my total is either fewer hours or not continuous, such as when I check Emails on my iMac in the middle of the night. The reported difference is up to 6 BPM.
