My run was recorded twice-Versa 2

Hi

I went for a run and I started the exercise through the app. My watched then recognised I was running so also started to track.

When I got home I synced my watch and it has duplicated the exercise. I deleted the one with the shortest distance.

I then refreshed my watch and the distance disappeared! It shows the route I ran but said I only ran 0.07km. Why is that?!

You can track your runs with your Fitbit Versa 2 without starting them through the Fitbit app. Your watch uses the sensors on your nearby phone to capture GPS data (Connected GPS). It is necessary to keep your phone close to your watch during an activity. For instructions on how to track your exercises, please visit this article.

If necessary, you can manually add the activity you had difficulties with by going to this article, open the menu "Can I add an activity manually to the Fitbit app?" and follow the instructions.
