My Fitbit app has recently stopped working pretty much all together. I’m not sure if it’s my watch or what’s happening (I have a Versa 2).
The issues I’m currently having are - my runs no longer show a map other than a few lines at my house despite the fact that I don’t run for 7km in my house I usually run quite far and am using my same old route but the map is simply not registering this.
I track my period through Fitbit, and for some strange reason this has skipped to September 2021, and it won’t let me go back to correct any incorrect predictions or log anything else I want to.
My RHR has jumped from 59 to 67 which is really strange because I’ve always had a low RHR, and I’m still exercising the same amount and eating and sleeping the same so I don’t understand why there would be such a dramatic variance.
Another issue I’m having is when I log exercise, the zone minutes I am shown are incorrect for example I went on a 40 minute jog the other day, but it said I had got 72 zone minutes which is impossible because that’s more than the time I exercised for.
If anybody is having the same issues, or knows how to fix this any help would be much appreciated, because most of my app simply does not work and I’m really close to cancelling my membership and deleting it. 😞

No map is not just a problem in running, biking is the same. So, I'm guessing this problem is associated with the GPS tracker.
I have some timeline information as to when my versa2 stopped producing map at the end of my bike exercise. I received the Versa 2 as a present from my children last May. I mostly use just a few of the exercises, bike, walk, and treadmill. Initially, everything was working flawlessly. Both bike and walk resulted in a route map as expected. Winter came, and went without tracking any outdoor activities which resumed in March 2021. That's when I noticed that there was a problem with biking route map. At first, there were route maps at the end of the biking exercises even though there were glitches as such it would only map the "to" route but the return route was not in the map. I tried to find pattern to the problem such as route not being tracked after biking was paused for longer than a traffic light. By May 2, 2021, the problem had gotten iincreasingly worse to the point that the biking exercise was no longer able to connect to the GPS. So when I select bike, Versa 2 would show "Connecting..." but never "Connected" and there's also no route mapped and no distance recorded at the end, although vitals appeared to be all there.
Because of the problem, I had to use another app to track my exercise. Of course, that's not integrated with the rest of the modules. Please fix the problem so I don't have to bother with another tracker app, and more importantly, that will restore my faith in Fitbit again!
