Anyone got any tips!? maybe how to restart the watch. I’ve tried changing the clock faces it, didn’t work. It’s currently on charge and the screen is still blank but on the app it’s charging

Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Versa Lite. You can restart it by holding down the button for 10+ seconds. The screen will go dark and then the Fitbit logo should appear (let go of the button at this point) and wait for your Fitbit to fully restart. Hopefully that does the trick for you. Finger crossed.
