I can look everything up on my Android, so I know my Versa is tracking me, but I am unable to make it show up on the screen.

Hi @gettingfit55 and welcome to the forums! Please contact Support asap regarding this issue. And just in case your account has been hacked, change your password if you use your Fitbit password anywhere else.
