Swipe functions not working. Can it be fixed?

Hi @1.1, welcome to the community forums. 

We do have a way that actually works for some users that have been facing this issue before. Basically, you need to restart the device and if that does not fix the issue you can try changing the clock face.

Mine started with this problem and then the screen stopped working and then the entire thing stopped. It took me three weeks of trying to contact a person at Fitbit only to find out that nothing can be done. They offered me a 35% discount on a new watch and that’s it. I had mine for 18 months and now I need to pay a few hundred more for another one??? No thank you!  I’ll never own another again!  Fitbit sucks!  What a scam!

I did contact customer support and it only took three weeks to get an answer. It was not the answer I was looking for. 35% off a new Fitbit because mine died just after the warranty expired. If it was a lemon I would I understand but I see all kinds of people with the same issue. The product will only last for just over the warranty period and then people are expected to buy one again!!! Not happening!!!!

I have a Versa 2 and don’t see instructions for restarting this. My screen won’t come on bait does show me text and when it met my step goals so I know it isn’t dead

It will be dead soon unfortunately. Mine died a month after starting to act up.
