My second Versa in 3 months DEAD

I got my first Versa for Christmas. That one died within 5 weeks. I was able to get a replacement for it. My replacement died today 13 Mar 19. Two watches in 3 months. And no answer for this issue anywhere. I miss my Blaze. Never had a single issue in 2 years with it. 

Fitbit please HELP.

May I ask how you are charging it?

I charge it with the charging doc it came with and with a wall charger.
