Hi
i have suddenly lost my sleep data and heart rate data. Have installed app, restored Versa 2 to Factory settings and it is still not working. It is showing but not recording data.
have also let battery run right down and start again and nothing is working.
any ideas please. Only had this watch a year so very disappointed at present!
