A few days ago, my versa 3 would no longer charge, the battery symbol with a slash showed up. I reset by holding side for 10 seconds. It ended up charging again 24 hours later. But then my sleeping heart rate no longer was recorded in my sleep data. Any suggestions?

Hi @srg52 - if the battery ran down overnight it won't record data, even after it's charged. It should work the next night.
Here is what the indicators on the watch mean
If it still causes a problem, do a sync then use Shutdown from the watch Settings menu. Wait at least 10 seconds [to allow it to complete] before placing it on charge to restart it and charge it. If it's already charged just push the button for a second and wait.
This should refresh the operation of the watch fully.

That’s for the info however nothing has changed after I followed your advice. Any other ideas?

@srg52- it could be the watch is not syncing properly, in which case also restart the phone and check it is properly syncing. You can also check the sleep data directly on your watch which if present would indicate a syncing as the problem.
