My steps are not syncing accurately in weekly challenges

Is anyone else experiencing problem whilst taking part in weekly challenges? It’s getting very frustrating now as it’s seems to skim off at least 1000 steps a day! I’m not tracking using any apps other than Fitbit ones and not manually entering exercise! Help please

i never had any problems with my Fitbit Alta!

It’s literally only been since I got my new Fitbit Versa for my birthday at end of January! I’ve factory reset it, it’s had all updates, on one challenge I was literally going backwards, every time I looked I’d done less and less steps! I’m so close to returning my Fitbit one getting an iwatch instead! 🙈 one very hacked off Fitbit user 😠
