On my Fitbit Versa 3, my steps counts are now not accurate. I’ve noticed like two or three days in a row, that my steps count on my Versa 3 will drop all of a sudden. I was wondering why my steps count had been low over the past couple of days, and it’s because it’s dropping for no reason. I just finished doing a walking exercise in my house. As I was walking, I was over 3,000 steps. Then all of a sudden, WHILE I’M WALKING, the steps count drops to the 2,000.
I feel cheated. I also have an Apple Watch. And my Apple Watch tells me I hit over 13,314 steps so far today thus far. That seems very accurate to me based on my activity today.

This is the second time this evening that the steps count on my Fitbit watch has dropped back into the 2,000 range. It’s almost like it gets to over 3,000 steps, then drops back down to the 2,000 range.
What is going on?
