My versa is not counting my steps accurately. For a week it’s been logging only 100-500 steps a day. I’ve tried to restart it many times and I’ve changed the clock face but I still have no luck. I don’t have the Mobile tracker downloaded either. The screen wake is also not working and it’s on auto not manual. I’ve turn on the quickview on and off in the app as well. I’ve had this problem in the past before about a few months ago but it solved itself. I’ve looked at many forums to try to solve the issue but nothing has worked for me.

Hi, did you change the Clock Face to one developed by Fitbit itself. If not, I would strongly advice you to do so. After that restart your Versa.

Yes I have tried that already. I tried again just in case but it’s still not counting.

Hi, I'm afraid you have to do a Factory Reset. Click the link and you will get al the needed information of how to do that properly and also how to setup you Versa all over again to your Phone after the FR, cause your Versa basically acts like a new watch. Before doing a FR, sync your Versa with your Phone, so you will loose as little as possible data, cause they are stored on the Fitbit servers. Good luck!!
