My straps don't fit my replacement Versa

I have emailed Fitbit but wondered if anyone else could shed some light!? My Versa screen had broken and Fitbit sent me a replacement, however they didn't include any straps. The straps from my old Versa won't fit this replacement Versa because there are no indents and the straps themselves have "sticky out bits". I received my Fitbit on the release day in the UK so I find it hard to believe they've changed the design already!? I've tried to take photos to explain what I mean! So frustrating 🤦

New? That looks pretty beat up. Did they seriously send that as a replacement?

 

Anyway my Versa, which is less than 2 weeks old, has the indents.

Yes, and the scratches indicate to me that someone's already struggled to fit a strap! I suspect it may be an older refurbished model 🤔

 

What's frustrating is I have a broken Fitbit with straps I can't use and a working Fitbit without straps, why not just send the straps Fitbit!!
