Hi,

 

I went for a swim and when I finished it said I had 34mins of active minutes by the time I got changed this had disappeared?

Could you please tell me how did you register this activity? Did you select it directly from the watch and then you edited it or you just manually logged it? In the meantime, I recommend taking a look at the How do I track my swims with my Fitbit device? help article.
