My text and call notifications suddenly stopped

 I was receiving text notifications for the past few months now suddenly nothing   Nothing changed in my settings   

 Is anyone else experiencing this? I like to be able to read my text without pulling my phone out of my pocket

Hi, do you have the latest version of the Fitbit app? If yes, try the following:

1. Without unpairing or removing your Versa from the Fitbit app, deinstall the Fitbit app.

2. Restart your phone.

3. Reinstall the Fitbit app

4. Sync your Versa with your Fitbit app

Hope this solves your problem!

Same problem here.  I have tried everything and it will not work.  I get phone call notifications but that is it.

Honestly I don’t know if this is what fixed mine but it works now. Might be worth a try for you. I went into the app and tapped on the versa on the top left corner. Went into notifications there. The one thing I do t like is that there is notifications here and also by tapping on the icon on the right side. The right side did not help. Once I went into notifications from the left side I just turned all off and then back on. Then went into my phone settings for Bluetooth and forgot the device and then chose Versa from my list of “other devices” I have an iPhone so this maybe different for androids. Hope this helps.
