Since updating the Firmware, my Versa 2 has not been accurately monitoring my heart rate during exercise. I've been wearing it the same way for years and did not have any problems before. I complained via chat and they sent me articles on wearing it properly which showed that was wearing it too close to my wrist bone. I moved it 2 finger widths from the bone and it is monitoring accurately now.

Two finger widths from the wrist bone = wearing it on my forearm.
No thank you, especially when I’ve worn it in the same place I’ve always worn it for five years and had zero issues.
