My Versa 2 heart rate keeps getting stuck.. also battery draining.  I have tried resetting and then it gets stuck at a different heart rate.  I have had problems since the recent update.  Any suggestions are appreciated!

Hi @VanSusan - first swipe up the clock face to check the HR, if it is working there try changing to another one and sync, then hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start and see if it helps.

Also logout of the Fitbit App when not using it as syncing issues may be the reason for the battery draining.

If neither help the watch has a fault so check the warranty.
