After countless times trying to sort this out after it working on the first day I got it, I am now struggling to get notifications I have tried resetting everything and nothing is working it is beyond a joke considering how much you pay for these things.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? Are you not receiving any type of notifications on your Versa 2 or just for example, you receive phone call notifications but not text? I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

I am facing the same issue, even after restarting the app again and again. it shows "Notification service not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker."
please guide me through.

Hi I got watch yesterday and I was getting notifications then today I'm not getting them and it say to restart my phone which I have done many times today my phone is a Huawei P20.
