My versa 2 is not vibrating with notifications

I have a versa 2, it has been almost a month since it stopped vibrating every time a notification comes in. It shows on screen however is not vibrating. I already reset the watch, verified is not on do not disturb or night mode, updated the app, turn everything off and on again, uninstall the app, remove from Bluetooth and is still not working. I have an iPhone, also verified if it’s on for notifications. Notifications show on screen however it doesn’t vibrate. Already did all troubleshoot I was able to find and  still not working.
