Ive had the versa 2 for just two weeks, now from time to time it just freezes and just shows a solid light on the screen. i dont know how to post a pic here but thats it. What i do is i restart the versa 2 a couple of times and then it becomes okay again for like about 2 hours then it happens again. Does anyone know why this happens. Is this an AMOLED problem? Can i get the unit replaced?

Hi @erubinsu , when your touch screen is still working, go to settings - device info - press it - scroll down for Factory reset and press it. Before doing that sync your Versa with the Fitbit app to prevent loosing data. If that also does not solve the problem, call Customer Support asap as you're eligible for a replacement unit.
