My versa 2 quit counting the flights of stairs i climb everyday

Thank you for the information provided.

 

If you haven't done it already, please restart your Fitbit Versa 2 by following these instructions.

 

Please be aware that your watch doesn’t count floors on stationary exercise equipment, such as a StairMaster or treadmill, or when you go down a flight of steps.
