My versa 2 says I started sleeping at 830p when I really did not go to bed until 1030p; wake up time is accurate

@bp827 The true way of measuring sleep is by EEG measurement. Fitbit uses a combination of breathing patterns, heart rate patterns and lack of wrist movement to judge when you are asleep. Not perfect, but Fitbit's sleep monitoring is considered better than many other brands of trackers. From time to time, my Fitbit will say I am in deep sleep, but I am watching a movie and am very, very still. You can edit the sleep record. When you choose that sleep record in the app, look for the three circles in the upper right. It gives you the option to edit that log.
