I did an update. It was doing an update in some minutes and then suddenly it stopped and says it can't connect to my versa 3 so i click try again both wifi and bluetooth bit still it doesn't. So i did try to resart the watch and now that stuck on that fitbit logo. I can't open it. How can i fix it?

There is another post on this - Versa 3 stuck on Fitbit logo (I think posted around the same time as yours), with suggestions how to get it going again. Good luck.

I got mine fixed from doing this. I chatted with the fitbit support.
