I loved my versa 2 until eventually the battery slowly died. So I replaced it with the versa 3 which has given me no end of grief.
It gets stuck on weather and won't move off. The screen out of nowhere will flip to "today" and say my notifications are up to date. I've never clicked or swiped to that. I can't even restart it. So I end up not using it much because it will flip to the weather screen.
I had a long text chat with the helpdesk. He walked me through a number of steps and nothing worked (my screen was complete blank). Then, like a ghost, it opened up with a screen. I was ecstatic. But it continues to be flakey. The help fellow did send me an email so that I could replace my versa 3. And that does not work either!!
Please tell me that you have a store front I can take my versa 3 in to show someone my problems with it. I've never had these problems for the almost 3 years I had the versa 2, so it can't be that I'm a newbie and can't figure it out.
