My versa 3 is locked I can't access its features as it says to unlock with my phone? I don't no how to do that I opened the Fitbit app on my phone and that's fine but my son was messing about on my watch and locked it and now I can't get back into it

I got it to come on it said install fitbit app

@Sbroadnax2  - that means it has been factory reset, any data not already synced is lost and it is like when you got it new.

 

You will need to do " Set up a  Device" in the Fitbit App.

@Genevieve.Young open the fitbit app

Navigate to your tracker and tap. 

Scroll to Device Lock enter your phones I lock code

Setup a new pin
