My versa 3 is locked I can't access its features as it says to unlock with my phone? I don't no how to do that I opened the Fitbit app on my phone and that's fine but my son was messing about on my watch and locked it and now I can't get back into it

@Sbroadnax2 - that means it has been factory reset, any data not already synced is lost and it is like when you got it new.
You will need to do " Set up a Device" in the Fitbit App.
