My versa 3 stopped updating info today at 9am?

At 9am central my verses stopped updating on my phone app. The watch is working but app on phone just blinks when I try to sync

I moved your post from the Fitbit Dashboard.com forum to the Versa product help forum since it seems that your issue is related to the device, not the Fitbit web dashboard. Hopefully, someone here will be able to help you.
