My versa band won't stay fastened

I have the Gray plastic band and after you fasten it and you put the band keeper around it that slides back down and the extra band is constantly flapping around anybody know of anything you can do about that?

First time putting on the ionic the small fastener won’t snap the other strap

 

then it fell out onto floor

 

ive been a user of Fitbit for 3 years and this is NOT a good sign for the newer product
