My versa face problem after letest firmware update......if i factory reset dan it work maximum 3 or 4 days....after dat it comes same screen fading problam....how i install old firmware do suggest....🤣😂😭

Hi @Arslaan , I'm afraid you will not be able to install the older Firmware again. Before calling Customer Support (cause they are going to ask whether you already tried that). restart your Versa three times (internal reset) by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. If that does not solve your screen problem, click the above link on Customer Support and call/contact them. Regards kuzibri

@Arslaan, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa's display fades. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
As @SunsetRunner mentioned, older firmware versions can't be installed. However, if you haven't contacted our support team as @SunsetRunner recommended, I'd like you to try one more workaround that has been helpful for this type of issues.
Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.

I am having the same problem. Yesterday my Versa got buggy and glitchy. Flashing and the screen is not sensitive to touch to turn things on and off. Today the screen has faded away. Is this a software problem or is my Versa actually done? I haven't even had it a year.

@PenguinStar, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track soon.
