My versa does not sync

I'va got a versa watch, but it did not sync since yesterday. I am home now and still not syncing. What is the issue ?

My sisters bought a present my birthday.  This FitBit Versa was first connected with my Mobile SONY XPERIA XZ1.  On 3 days later,  I noticed the FitBit is problem a sync also  not receive a notification from mobile alert.   So I had been 10 times problem with Fitbit.    It's very frustrate and  I think it's uncomfortable these.    I am NOT stubborn, because I am expert of development programmer and computer engineer for over 30 years.  I notice that FitBit is very poor communication between mobile.   My previous GARMIN vivosmart HR been 3 years was no problem with SONY had smooth communication.  
What am I think,  Fitbit company team are responsible this product didn't full 1 month test with different mobile model.  ( no matter include 3rd party APP software (SKYPE, OFFICE, WhatAPP, etc.) are run with operator). 

After update Firmware....IF it will NOT 100% perfect working,  I will force sell it replace a GARMIN back.

I really want to love my Versa. But it’s a constant struggle to keep it synced. I’ve updated my Fitbit, the app, and my phone. There is nothing left to try. Restarting doesn’t work. Come to think of it, i did the software update late Saturday. It’s synced once since. So frustrating. I’ve had this **ahem** thing a month. Ready to return it.
