Hi, my versa stopped syncing since December 3rd. I have tried all the remedies I could find on the internet. Today I have tried to reset it to factory settings and since then it won't turn on. It's just dead...

Hi, after a factory reset you need to setup the Versa again within the Fitbit app as it is removed from the app as a result of the reset.
How to do that, see this:
"Please note that after performing a factory reset on your Versa it is required to set it up again in your account, which explains why it's not syncing at the moment.
To set up your Versa:
Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device" Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process. When a pop-up appears asking you to Pair your tracker to your device, tap on Pair and continue. (with credits to MarcoGFitbit).

Hey @VinnieThePooh, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! Thanks for trying some tips to fix this. As @SunsetRunner mentioned, you need to set up your Versa again after a factory reset, so I just want to add that it is better if your keep your Versa plugged into the charging cable while setting it up.
