When I pull down my notification bar on my Versa it tells me all of my notifications and stuff from my phone. However, it does not vibrate and tell me someone has texted or called I have to pull down the notification panel which gets irritating because I do hair and this was one of the reasons I got it, to know if I needed to step away from a client or if I could just let it go. Is there a way to make it vibrate with my notifications instead of using the notification panel all the time?

@Ashleyevogirl Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is not vibrating when receiving a notification.
As a side note from the post that shared my friend @SunsetRunner, please let me know if your Versa used to vibrate before or if the vibrations never worked. Also, if you haven't done so, please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, try turning off the notifications and turn them back on. Finally, make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version and monitor the call/text notifications in order to see if your Versa vibrates when getting the notifications.
Keep me posted on the outcome!
