Hi @Teanbean The app is probably just displaying the informatn (re the battery) from the last time it synced, rather than currently syncing if the tracker is really dead. Have you tried restarting it several tmes? If not, give that a try and leave it on charge for a couple of hours and restart again several tmes. If that doesnt bring it back to life, please come back here.
