My versa has died

My versa is dead yet the app reads that the battery is full

Hi @Teanbean  The app is probably just displaying the informatn (re the battery) from the last time it synced, rather than currently syncing if the tracker is really dead. Have you tried restarting it several tmes? If not, give that a try and leave it on charge for a couple of hours and restart again several tmes. If that doesnt bring it back to life, please come back here.

I have tried all these things and have spoken to Lenny on the phone and now waiting for her to come back to me
