My versa has gone dead - no screen and no charging

I'm having Versa just into 10 weeks of life but this suddenly has gone dead.  First the screen went blank and the next day sensor lights also disappeared.  It's not charging anymore.  Very disappointed.

Mine just did the same thing - just went black, and after trying  to restart it, it won’t turn on at all.  So frustrating, as this was even a replacement Versa for my original one that did the same thing in December!  Praying that customer service is more responsive this time!
