My versa has stopped synching HR and hourly activity

Since Thursday last week my versa has not tracked hourly steps or HR. No reminder for the these even though the notifications are on.

Try restarting your Versa several times and hopefully that should fix it. Let us know how you go

I have tried this several times. I've deleted it from my app and repaired
it too and it is still not showing my HR and its still not giving the
hourly reminders.

Hi

After couple of months of good work, all of the sudden my versa is not synchronizing with my iPhone.

I see your advice about restarting Versa. I went through all options in setting menu in my Versa and can not find restart option. Please help, where to find it ?

@KORCZU Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry to hear about your Versa not syncing your heart rate and hourly activity data and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them.
