I have recently started to have a range of issues with my Versa.
The battery life isn’t lasting very long, I have done everything recommended and it hasn’t got any better.
It also doesn’t show any notifications that are coming through and I have to constantly unpair and re-pair it and it only lasts about a day.
Now this morning, after charging my versa the steps, heart rate and all other settings are blank, even though it is updating and calculating everything on the app. This is starting to get very frustrating as I never had any issues with my charge 2!

@Hayleyw18 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is not tracking your steps, heart rate and the rest of the stats, even though you have troubleshooted these issues. I would like to follow up on this and would like to know what troubleshooting steps you have tried so I can avoid providing the same information. Have you tried setting up your Versa as a new device?
Looking forward to your response!

Honestly I have been having issues since day one with this Versa. It doesn't track my active minutes properly. I could work out for an hour and have it track my minutes during the workout but it does not add those minutes to my active minutes for the day. Even when I manually enter my active minutes at the end of my workout it doesn't properly add up my active minutes for the day even after an hour of intense working out it may track 12 minutes total.. wth.. For whatever reason it over counts the amount of stairs I do everyday. Some days it says I have done 25+ stairs by midday.. I have tried every single troubleshooting step that they suggested, I even sent it back for a replacement because Fitbit swore up and down that my first device was defective and still, nothing. The new device that I received in the mail is still giving me the same issues and I am fed up. I spoke to a customer service rep who told me that if I sent the Versa back they could either give me a replacement or offer me 50% off selected Fitbits. Since I hated the Versa I opted to take the loss and go back to the Alta HR for 50% off.. Well after I sent the tracker back and it was time for them to send me my 50% off discount code, they all of a sudden do not offer discounts.. I know Fitbit is aware that the Versa is horrible but they just don't want to own up to it. I've had the charge HR, the Alta, Alta HR and never had any such issues. I paid over $200 and all I use this versa for is to tell me the time and date .. smh.
