I have tried to turn both modes off as per instructions, however, neither are responsive. Due to this cannot increase brightness or get vibration to work with calls or texts. Any help would be appreciated please. Thanks

I have the same problem. Anytime I put it on sleep mode, its like the screen does not recognize my touch. I used to be able to put it on the charger for a few min, then it would work, but now that doesn't work anymore. I tried the tip of restarting several times, but that didn't fix it either. Any other tips?

so i have a Fitbit Versa 3. My issue was both sleep mode and do not disturb were stuck on. do not disturb said i needed to turn off sleep mode, and sleep mode told me I had to turn off do not disturb. I went to settings and both stuck on i click "off" and nothing happends i turned my fitbit off 4 times still no luck. But then i went to QUICK settings, not the normal settings. Which on the versa 3 is swiping left. I noticed the Moon icon was on showing sleep mode was on. I clicked the moon turning sleep mode off, and went back to settings and turned do not disturb off. and problem solved.

Thanks, Davez4578! That fix ended up being simple, but it was far from intuitive.

Just swiping left and tapping the sleep mode button *then* enabled me to go into settings and switch to Always On for when I'm exercising and just want to take a quick glance at my heart rate or my pace.

Over a year since you posted this, I had the same problem. So frustrating! I even stopped using the Fitbit because I couldn’t figure out how to resolve it. Just now sat down to have another go and found your solution. As others said, not intuitive. Thanks!!
