My versa isn't tracking or syncing my runs properly

My versa isn't tracking my full run and it's not bringing up my route that I've done. Also I've got Strava on my watch and it's not sycing anything to Strava either. Once I've finished my run , it comes up with my time distance ect then I press finish exercise but then it disappears and doesn't upload it to Fitbit or Strava. Can anyone help? Thanks

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the details of the difficulty you're experiencing with tracking your runs with Fitbit Versa and syncing the data to Strava. Thank you for your efforts to resolve this. I would like to confirm that only GPS data recorded with a device will be synced to Strava. Exercises recorded with the Fitbit app or don’t have GPS data are not synced to Strava.
