My versa lite didn’t sync so I restarted

When I tried to sync my versa lite it said no device found so I restarted and now when I try to sign in my versa lite it says trouble and I have to sign in again and it says failed and so on. What should I do??

Hi there @Subhana, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the syncing difficulties you've been having with your Versa Lite and for letting me know that you've already restarted your watch. 

As per the description of your post, it seems that your watch may be no longer linked to your Fitbit account and that would explain the issues you're having. To see when was the last time your watch synced or check if it's still paired to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image. 

If your watch is unpaired, please set it up again by following the steps at: How do I set up my Fitbit device?. On the other hand, if your watch has syncing difficulties, follow these troubleshooting steps: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
